2012 and the years ahead

tw believes that the year ahead is significant for those who believe in Mayans.
In 2012 , tw believes will be no different from the 2011 ( except for an increment on the last digit). he also wishes to see some sort of a percentile increment on his paycheck also. however wishes are for those who believe in Santa Clause. The only clause that tw wants in this year the escape clause that would allow him to slack at work :)
